We NEVER mix or blend our honey! In fact, we are so particular about this detail that we don’t even mix the barrels from the same lots! We look at our honey the same way a winemaker looks at his wine. Each “batch” has it’s own special qualities that make it distinct from the next.

It's the plebrom of all the world, I think. Here, in the supermarkets but by some private vendors, you can buy worked honey. I just what to buy and look only for natural product.

Have you tried Manuka honey yet? It has a lovely taste and coinants the highest amount of honey antibiotics. I sometimes use it in a mask with olive oil and sugar. So happy to have stumbled upon your blog today! It’s lovely!!!
