  1. In a 12” skillet brown all the butter.  Once the butter is brown, add the finely chopped fresh ginger.
  2. Turn the heat off for a couple minutes, then add all the honey. 
  3. Place Salmon Fillets in this mixture and cook over medium heat, spooning the mixture over the fish while it cooks.

Note:  if your fish has skin, cook skin side down.  If you don’t like the skin on your fish, you can flip when cooked half way and remove the skin when it starts to peel up.
