During the process of cutting our honey comb squares (available only in our Honey Tasting Room), there is a strip of honey comb left over. A while back we decided, rather than simply discarding these, we would put them in a jar and surround them with honey. This item has been such a hit in our Tasting Room, we thought we would make it available to ship via our website! Given this is just honey and the comb the bees put it in, there are no known allergens such as gluten. Store just as you would any other jar of honey, in a cupboard sealed tightly. This one jar gives you the best of both worlds, you can spoon the honey out for your coffee, tea or toast or you can scoop a chunk of comb out to put on a charcuterie board or pop it right into your mouth and chew the honey out for a decadent treat. So, we have made it easy to treat yourself and be practical too, this jar ships just like all the rest!

Crystallization: Natural for raw honey. In this case we do not recommend warming as it will melt the wax. Our simple solution – eat it faster!
