Creamy Lemon Honey

 

This incredible creamy lemon flavored honey tastes like lemon meringue pie!  It is a delight for the tastebuds to say the least.  We start with our Sunflower Honey, we add an organic lemon oil sourced from Italy and by adding a small honey crystal to the honey (the creaming process) the texture of the honey thickens to a spreadable consistency.  Perfect for scones, muffins, pancakes or even your tea!
