This very unique tea honors a phenomenon special to our Ojai Valley. In the Fall and Winter, as the sun sets on our valley it is bathed in pink light which turns the Topa Topa Mountains on the east end of the valley pink! It is really a sight to see! We created a tea that turns as pink as our Pink Moment. This tea has a slight tartness from the organic hibiscus and pairs nicely with our sweetest honey, Orange Blossom. The organic White Peony base for this tea undergoes very little processing or fermentation which keeps the taste delicate, smooth and sweet as well as allows for it to be very high in antioxidants and health properties. This tea is a special blend that is exclusive to us!
