Overview

Due to the fact our items are food products, all sales are final.  No returns will be accepted.

Refunds for Damage

If you receive damaged items please alert us within 48 hours of arrival.  Include a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will resend the damaged items to you.  You can send your email to barbara@heavenlyhoneycompany.com

Missing items in your package 

Please alert us within 24 hours of receipt and we will send the missing items immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We do not assume any responsibility for packages that show “delivered” by the USPS via their tracking system.  With theft on the rise, it is your responsibility to provide a secure ship to address.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 206 E. Ojai Avenue, Ojai CA 93023.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
