Haskins Pollination
We specialize in the distribution of Avocado Pollen in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
In the Ventura and Santa Barbara mountains and valleys you will find a vast amount of Avocado Orchards. These trees are pollinated by bees which are brought in by beekeepers from all over the United States. It seems the Avocado Growers are starting to learn what the Almond Growers of the Central Valley in California learned years agoβ¦..bees are a necessary part of effective pollination.
Haskins Pollination has taken it a step further with the application of pollen directly to the bees as they fly from the hive. This makes it possible for the bee to pollinate the flower immediately instead of going to a flower, getting pollen, and then taking it to another flower to pollinate it. This all is done in a very precise manner taking weather, bloom stage and bee flight into consideration. Everything MUST be just right for this to work. When it does, it provides the Avocado Grower with much higher yields from year to year.
So, next time you eat an Avocado, think of us! You might have that Avocado in your hands because of our pollen and the bees that work so hard!
We hope you enjoy the pictures of some of the beautiful orchards we pollinate along the coastal regions of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.

I love using honey in my 100% Whole Wheat Bread, along with their Organic Expeller-Pressed Coconut Oil. Their Coconut Oil is amazing and is high in the mdiuem chain fatty acids, such as Lauric acid. I would LOVE to try their Honey. I haven’t yet, so I hope I win!!! My family is on a no refined sugar diet, so we use honey all the time. I usually buy the All Natural kind that is unfiltered and uncooked. I would love to try their Honey and replace the one I have used previously!

My absolute faoitvre is just eating honey off a spoon (really). Next would be stirring it in a cup of hot tea when it’s cold outside. And third would be mixing it with peanut butter and putting it on a bagel!
