Our Creamy Cinnamon infused honey is the combination of cinnamon and honey that has many awesome health benefits.  These two superpower foods combined will help keep you healthy all year long.  And, it is a pleasure for the tastebuds to say the least!  We start with our Sunflower Honey, we add an organic, fair trade Cinnamon and by adding a small honey crystal to the honey (the creaming process) the texture of the honey thickens to a spreadable consistency.  Perfect for scones, toast, pancakes or even your tea!
